InFeedo - InFeedo is a SaaS-based analytics company that develops an employee engagement platform for enterprises. InFeedo is a SaaS-based people predictive analytics company that is helping over 100 enterprises, such as GE, Puma, Kotak, Tata, and Airtel, redefine employee engagement. It is currently focused on its flagship product Amber, an artificial intelligence-enabled bot that helps CHROs manage employee engagement and predict attrition. InFeedo 2023 scheduled for the role of Customer Success Intern for 12th pass or any graduates. Job Duties and Responsibilities - The responsibilities for this opening are mentioned below in detail

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction scores, manage customer health status, adherence to tickets SLAs, and create a company-wide customer feedback loop
  • You will develop and present quarterly business review data to customers and prepare post-meeting reports
  • You'll work on Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques, and providing ongoing reports. Also, help in the onboarding of a new customer by working on data upload & help with ad-hoc analysis and any fundamental research exercise.
  • Proactively assist customers by optimizing article content and titles, keeping in mind the serviceability for solutions through the support center
  • Work closely with Sr. CSMs and CSMs to support their portfolio of accounts and improve org. wide customer retention.

Qualification Required - The candidates must be a 12th pass or bachelor's degree holder.

Age - A candidate must be at least 18 years old. There is no upper age limit mentioned by InFeedo.

Pay Scale/CTC - The average salary of a Customer Success Intern at InFeedo is Rs 25,000 per month approximately which will be around 3.0 lakhs per year.
